when talking to organizations interested in our services, the questions inevitably arises: “why choose no-name?”
once we have worked with organizations, the question typically becomes: “how did it work so well”?
here is why no-name works:
our founder spent years in healthcare, and he found therapists often stated, “i’m curious about…’. it’s an incredibly useful perspective. our best work might be in the areas outside the initial scope of work. the through-line of our team is we like to help. and there are myriad ways we can.
one of our team members had a systems engineering class and one big takeaway was, “never touch the item twice.” that permeates no name. the goal is always to do “the thing” as quickly and as effectively as possible. build the process, find the tool, use the app– fix it forever.
a good day is one with lots of tasks completed. a better day is a new insight gained from analysis of data, market conditions, or conversations with our business partners. we ask, we dig, we consider, we analyze, we fix.
we love a challenge. sales declining? can’t penetrate the market? culture suffering? we have lived it all and have the capacity and commitment to help.
we define, analyze, report, refine, reassess in what we refer to as our Iterative Reaction and Improvement (IRI) process. we strive to always find a way to do it better.
we’re happy to be behind the curtain, finding the opportunities for improvement and the methodology to achieve the improvement. we appreciate a good word or reference, but we are here for you, not to take a bow.
“there is a fool born every minute”.
